The seller was very helpful and responded immediately. Ebay had my old address and I didn't realize this till after the fact. She had to go thru some hoops to correct this and cancel the order and then reorder and in the end I had the handbag within 2 days of ordering and sent to the correct address. Love it! MazelTov mohair bear.
He is absolutely perfect, the detail is amazing and to support a cottage industry in this day and age is a great feeling. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a well put together detailed collectable. I will be giving many away as gifts, but am keeping one on my bedside table, as he puts a smile on my face. Thanks for doing such great miniature bears, I am hooked.😄
