  Absolutely gutted that my item arrived broken. It was poorly packaged in a much too small box for the size of it. I contacted the seller, who initially replied quickly. But I’ve heard nothing since and I’ve sent two messages that have been ignored. I guess I just have to take the hit on this one then. Very poor service indeed!
