Must have for all EMHC
This is a great study course for existing EMHC or those wishing to become one.

"Low Profile"
This is what some call a low profile cap that doesn't stick out high above the top of the head. After washing, it adjust to the shape of the head, making it really comfortable for any type of work or play. The John Deere logo is professionally embroidered as it should be. I wear a lot of hats and this is now one of my favorites.

We're not there yet
Angela Harris does a good job explaining systemic racism in the United States and beyond. I wish she had included some statistical race comparisons on arrest, employment, loans and college entrance. I do believe there is still a real problem with race relations worldwide, as she points out. Overall it's a good eyeopener and it has already given me the initiative into further study.
