no help replacing this circut board exploring other possibilities .

Board did not fix my problem. TV flashes on and off same as before. Talking to other technicians there may be a fundamental problem with this model Samsung TV. The replacement card appeared like new and I had great hopes for it. I wish for possible return of the board for credit it may be of value to someone in need ,
