A great addition to any parts bin
These have an outer diameter of 15mm, and their inner diameter is truly suitable for 6mm knobs. The tops of some are only slightly misaligned, but nothing too major. There are not many internal ridges for holding the pot, which may have the potential to wear out over time. At this price however, long-term quality is probably not one of your considerations.
Would purchase again, especially for color coding the dials of a guitar pedal.

Not sure why I bought this.
An example of a "unitasker". It holds the strings behind the neck, nothing else. Why not just unwind them and prevent snapping/scratching the neck?

Salvageable with Solder
TLDR: If you can't solder, don't bother. If you can, it's a useful backup mic for low budget recordings.
The microphone was wired incorrectly upon arrival, but this is to be expected with a $20 microphone. It had no filler and as such was quite light, almost uncomfortably so. The head was off-centre and the wires snapped off all the joints within several minutes of the product being delivered. I replaced the wires and corrected the unbalanced terminal wiring, and was left with a surprisingly decent microphone. I wouldn't use it as my first choice for a vocal or guitar recording, but it could work nicely as a fill or drum perhaps.
