Getting Fit in NC
If you want a workout that is cardio-related and 45-minutes goes by like it was ten minutes, then get this video by Julianne Hough. I especially like the ballroom cardio CD but the dance CD is good also.

Hamilton Beach electric can opener
The Hamilton Beach electric "smooth touch" can opener is very different. The way it opens cans is slick. There are no sharp edges or metal fragments getting into the foods you are opening. I like this a lot. I found it was helpful to see a demonstration video on the Internet of this product to see how it operates before I purchased one.

Remake of the 2000 Left Behind movie is I think better. It does not drag on and the end is riveting.
