  Shipping was delayed upon receiving the reel i purchased it was broken, not in working order i contacted the seller never replied so i waited and open a report with ebay gave me another 2 weeks and never heard back until a day left before ebay stepped in, then hearing the story of selling it for a friend but again had many opportunities and i hate to write a negative review but i would mot recommend this seller and i was truly unhappy. Wil definitely not be making builder again and buyers bware

  This item was paid for, shipped, and delivered within 4 days. I was notified directly by eBay that you wanted to file a return, where you explained the item didn't function properly (again, my apologies). Immediately after, you messaged me the same comment you reported to eBay. I initiated the return, sent a shipping label, and refunded you as soon as I received the item. I have since fixed the pole and have been hitting some sweet fresh water spots.
