The shoes were described as brand new without a box. However when they arrived they had obviously been well used the insoles were dirty and the soles were worn down at the back. I contacted the seller they immediately responded offering a refund upon return of the shoes. Which I managed through EBay so all return costs were covered by the seller and they refunded me as soon as they received the shoes back. Disappointing the shoes weren’t as described but the seller was brilliant over the refund.
