  Very good all around. Purchased the item and received my tracking info and a note from the seller so quickly, it's almost as if they had the item packaged and shipped immediately after I finished with the transaction. We should hopefully have the item by 25 August, so we'll revisit this to update at that time. Based on how things have been so far, we do not expect any challenges outside the random hiccups with shipping companies but, that shouldn't ever reflect on the seller. Thank you!

  Package arrived in very good condition and as expected. The seller is very prompt and a pleasure to deal with. We learned a couple things about the parts, since the purchase so we have a couple additional questions about our application. Given the prompt approach so far, we do not anticipate any issues or concerns especially since the seller has already expressed an interest to help and answer. However... it is NOT the actual item I purchased and is not "American Made" as advertised which is why I purchased the item specifically and hey I'm in a whole different country halfway around the globe... let's hope it is a serviceable part!, and to finish an overly long sentence I almost always give good reviews and plenty of stars, best wishes from crocodile dundee land.
