About

Having bought many items now through ebay, from many different sellers, I'm disappointed by how many sellers don't leave feedback. Due to this, I've adopted the policy of leaving feedback only after sellers have left theirs.

Mini Wireless Bluetooth 4.1 Stereo Headset Earphone Earpiece For iPhone Samsung

Let down by being too quiet on calls
Purchased from 'bargainforum', delivery time was good & it arrived safely. Pairing with my phone was very easy & the 'speaker' audio (to me) was perfectly acceptable. The big let-down is the audio via the microphone being far too quiet - although I was speaking quite loudly, the people I tried to speak to on phone calls all complained they could barely hear me. As using the unit for calls is the only purpose for me, this device is, literally, useless, hence my rating is one star. People only wanting to use this model for music, audio books, etc. would, in my opinion, will find it just about acceptable in that the 'speaker volume is about average for such devices but, be warned, the audio quality is mediocre.
Sealey AK6962 Bit Driver Ratchet Micro 1/4" Hex Stainless Steel

Nice little tool & worth the money - not just a gadget/gimmick.
This compact 1/4" hex' drive ratchet looked good to me before I even got it out of the bag. I know from bitter previous experiences though, looks (& brands) aren't everything, especially where tools are concerned. Overall, this ratchet is a tad weighty for it's size, but then it is a one piece body with the expected ratchet plus a very useful (non-ratchet) 1/4" hex' drive in the other end! The handle is stainless steel & the finish is quite good with no sharp edges. Owners should bear in mind though, the other components are not stainless steel &, therefore, will last longer if occasionally oiled/greased as appropriate for individual usage of the tool. Some people may berate the clockwise/anti-clockwise 'switch' but I find it very practical in use, not getting in the way of handling & not accidentally reversing. The actual ratchet action is not heavy, whilst giving confidence of the mechanism engaging thoroughly & no risk of slipping. There is considerable rotational play in the 72 teeth mechanism, requiring approximately 20 degrees to engage the next tooth. That is this ratchet's greatest downside as far as I'm concerned & why it lost one star. 1/4" hex bits will only go into the ratchet hex' & the handle end hex' to a limited depth (the ratchet head is not hex' right through). Bits are held reasonably in place when they & the tool are clean & dry*, both sockets having a sprung ball which pushes onto one of the bit's flats (as opposed to one of the bit's points/apexes) & friction of the bit to the opposite side. *The amount of force required to extract the bit is bound to vary dependant upon the cleanliness of the tool & bit, i.e. I'd expect the bits to barely hold if covered in clean lubricating oil. The 1/4" hex' hole in the end of the handle is great for spinning freely turning screws, nuts, etc. (obviously with a driver/adaptor if appropriate) like a screwdriver handle. I confess I did once use it (with a longer than standard bit - about 60mm) to successfully gain extra leverage for the ratchet action, in a very awkward situation, where I couldn't apply much force at full stretch of my finger tips! (I wasn't able to use my 'normal' 1/4" square drive ratchet with adaptors.) Clearly, that's not how it should be used & would undoubtedly negate warranty if damaged by doing so. In summary, apart from the slack in the mechanism, it's great for my uses &, overall, I'd recommend it for anyone's toolbox.
