Excellent product but installation a little difficult for me
The product itself is worth every penny and is a great replacement part. I found it a little difficult to install the replacement shock absorber (removing and replacing the white plastic pins). However, there is a little "notched out section" on the pin that needs to be depressed to make removal and insertion much easier...I discovered that the hard way. I am not a repair person, but I do try to save some money where I can. I'm just a newly single woman who is learning new things. The instructions are easy to understand. The hardest part was removing the pins from the broken shock absorber which is how you have to get the old shock absorbers out of your washer, but if you pay attention to those "notched out" things on the white pin and depress them...you got it! I bet I saved quite a bit of money by doing it myself. I never did such a task, but it was pretty easy to figure out. Took a little time, but you can do it yourself and save yourself the cost of hiring a service repair person.

Sound quality much better than competitive products. I used it to muffle sound during therapy sessions
I am pleasantly pleased with this product. I am a therapist and typically use the Marpac sound machines to muffle sound in order to protect client confidentiality. However, I discovered this sound machine and find it works above my expectations. It does have a volume adjustment knob to meet the needs of your office environment. I generally use the "white noise" setting but I change it up for variety. Whatever setting I use seems to do the job I need it to do. The best factors are that it offers a variety of sounds and it has volume adjustment to suite your needs. I don't use the projector part at all, but the night light is a soft blue which is nice. I don't use this product for its intended purpose (for a baby) but I do use it as I explained above. The product is well worth the money and goes recommended. I think it is extremely competitive with the Marpac product line for a fraction of the cost. I do like the Marpac products, but I also like to discover quality products at more economical prices. This is one of those finds. Thumbs up!!!
