Cheap, relatively easy to install

This made a huge difference in the battery life of the phone, and it was much easier to install than the internet said it would be. You really only have to remove the back, mid-frame, and one bracket, and then the battery comes right out. The instructions online said you had to remove all kinds of other connectors, the selfie camera, etc. Not on my phone. I used a space heater to soften up the glue on the back because I didn't have a heat gun, then used a utility knife to get under it and separate it. Heated the glue up again before putting it back so it would stick. Worked great. Also this thing is so cheap, why not? I don't even begin to understand how this can cost this little.

Just like the Bullseye pulleys of old

...but in more colors. I really don't know what else to say. I have them on both my bikes now and they're great. Smooth rolling, durable, just so much better than the stupid plastic ones and not much more expensive.

BMW 5 Speed Shift Knob (E30 E36 E46 E34)

This one is not weighted. Perhaps it's different from the other ones people reviewed.

I am not sure if I received the same product that everyone else did. This knob is light and flimsy feeling, though the leather seems OK and it fits on just fine. It is not weighted. It is much lighter than the $15 shift knob I'm replacing with this one. I may re-glue the cheaper one instead, as it feels heavier and higher quality than this one. I suspect this one will do the same as my last one, and start to fall apart soon.
