Great product rubbish company
The product it’s self is perfect for my work but it arrived looking like it had been already on a building site. Let my photos do the talking. But when I contacted the firm nuts and bolts I was told someone would be it touch and guess what?? Nobody has. Roll the dice and use this company and hopefully it won’t arrive battered

I bought this as my current hose reels couldn't take the weight of the length of hose i use. it arrived super quick and I'm very impressed with that. The assembly however took some time. the instructions are not good and so small that they are barely readable. I had to use the picture to verify i was doing this right.
I have used this only once and it took no time to get out use and re-reel then put away.
So far I'm impressed. (don't forget to tighten the fitting to the hoses as i forgot and had a belly full of water lol)

Buy if you don't mind cheap
At first from the angle of the photos its looks the business but when it arrives you know your money has into the pocket of the person who made this as its not good quality and its cheaply put together.
My advise is to spend money and buy quality.
