I arranged for it to be collected by DPD the next day . Seller refused to wrap it for me even though I offered to pay. I paid for delivery and insurance seller refused to let me have it . I offered to send my son or friend to pick it up the seller ignored me and sent a refund I don’t want a refund I want my whelping box seller refused to answer my messages I have still not got it. Don’t know what to do now
