Great product

I purchased a used Fitbit Surge and have been very happy. It replaced my stopwatch and 10 year old Garmin GPS watch.The only issue I see is that it is not waterproof. I have to resort to a traditional stopwatch for swimming. The heart rate monitor is accurate. I have access to instant heart rate, steps, daily mileage, floors climbed and more. Download and setup of the app was easy. Syncing is successful when Bluetooth is turned on. Don’t assume it’s on. Go to Settings and double check, even if you’re using a desktop computer. Recharge every 3 to 4 days, depending on how often you use Run or Exercise modes.
