  Seller falsely advertised that the item would ship from the USA, but it was actually sent from China. Upon arrival, the item was defective. When I requested a return, the seller refused and insisted I ship it to Australia—an expensive option. They were unhelpful throughout the process, and I had to involve eBay to finally get a refund. Would not recommend.

  As described, first shipment got lost in the black hole at USPS (not their fault) second time the seller sent, item arrived in record time. Good seller, made the sale right even though the package lost in the mail was not their fault. Good communication throughout resolving the lost in the mail issues to my upmost satisfaction.
