Box came in not damaged from shipping but from when box was built. Contacted them 1 week later and sent pictures several days later. They first offered me $20 credit which I thought was an insult. I countered at $50!as it would cost them more to ship back and ship another one to me. They then proceeded to that I took so long to report damage and said that’s all they could do. I explained that with work kids sports schooling and life being busy that I didn’t feel a week was unacceptable to report

The harness that was sent was tampered with. The product came with 2 first gen Jeep Liberty Harness, as listed in instructions guide from CRUX comes with 2 style connectors and instead came with 2 of the same style connector. I have an 2011 Jeep so either harnesses with not connect. I contacted the seller he ghosted terrible service and would not approve a return or refund.
