Obfuscation. Denial. Delay....it took weeks to get a refund for an incorrectly sized garment. ( I ordered 'large'..the garment arrived laeblled 'L but was more like 'medium or 'small.)
Had to involve eBay and send Australia Post Tracking process to get this seller to finally get my money back.. Either they are totally incompetent or just stalled sending a refund.
I'm still down the $15 it cost to return the item. An altogrther unsatisfactory experience
