Look for a professional unit.
Frequencies are not stable.
Video signal has distorted sync.

Buy it now for less than 10% of otiginal price
In it's day this was one of the premier HP spectrum analyzers and now this $40,000.00 + unit can be bought for $2500.00 to 3000.00 dollars.

Where's the paperwork
It is a nice circuit board and well laid out. Components look of good quality.
There is NO paperwork in the package. I received four LED's in each kit and don't know why. Not having a color code guide is not really a big deal as there are four of one value resistors and two of another. The two capacitors are the same, so no problem there. No schematic included. How can I change the flash rate? What happens if the input voltage is not 3 volts? Still, for the great price of four kits I can spend a little time figuring these things out.
