Good working unit, but pay attention to SN and age
2 of 2 found this helpful The PRS10 is a top of the line unit, superior to most other rubidium oscillators. My unit has an SN of 007533, date of manufacture was late 2000 early 2001. It is a good working unit as described by seller. The estimated rubidium lamp life is 20 years and remaining life could be an issue on a unit this old.
The lamp monitor voltage drops with time. A one year old unit should have a voltage of aprox 12v. At end of useful life the voltage drops to 6v. This unit measures 8.7 volts indicating it should have a few years left.
Thought this info would help others evaluate available units.
