Duck & Goose Cookery by Eileen Clarke (2001)
Great book. Comprehensive guide for hunters, from cleaning and plucking to storing and freezing. Great variety of recipes — from appetizers to soups, sausages, jerky, stews, whole birds. Very well written — an enjoyable read. Some of the tips alone are worth the price of the book.
