NO SEALS, FUEL BYPASSES THE FILTER.

LEAKS FROM NO ORINGS FOR CAPS. NO ABILITY FOR ORINGS TO SEAT WITHIN THE CANNISTER. FILTER IS LOOSE IN THE CANNISTER WITH NO SEAL WASHER ON THE INPUT TO KEEP BYPASS FROM GOING AROUND THE FILTER.
