My pulsar 4500/3700
5 of 5 found this helpful The unit itself is pretty awesome in itself. The draw back is when I received it, which came on the date they said and fairly fast. I opened the box it looked grate I charged the internal battery an pushed the Start button and nothing. I’m pretty handy so I took the covers off, got my meter and started to troubleshoot the generator. I found four plugs not connected,2 went to the control board and 2 I guess are for additional options. Plugged them in and still nothing. Then I found a voltage regulator or whatever it is. It is cracked because I lose my connection in till I push in on the red wires and then it starts right up with the fob the start button or the pull cord. I need a new one to repair my unit right. I shouldn’t have to do all of this it should have been checked and tested before it leaves your warehouse.
