Cracked water bottle
This design consists three main parts, namely the double wall glass bottle, two metal lids which have to be closed (by twisting tightly) to stop liquid coming out. The glass bottle cracked after using twice (yes, two times). This could be the results of the poor design and material quality because the glass bottle was subjected to high temperature gradient (hot water poured into the cold glass bottle) plus the stress applied to the glass bottle by twisting the lid.
