Although I like the design of this printer and its features seem excellent, I would recommend anyone thing of buying this printer check out the "Service Stall", This seem to be a common problem with this printer and even has a special area on the HP website describing it. Basically, if you cannot clear the error by powering off the printer, then it means there is a fatal hardware fault, and it needs to be returned to the factory. So do not buy any printer that is not currently under warranty. In fact you cannot buy an extended warranty from HP if it is not still under warranty, so don't get stuck with this printer which cannot be repaired elsewhere, like I did. I purchased an out of warranty but new machine and it developed this fault within 60 days, and after only 20 prints. This is not a printer to own without warranty.!
