The Real Thing, is the real thing!!!!!
Young, life long love, thought to be lost or at least buried is found and brought to the surface to be placed front and center for not only the two people that have denied it for so long, but for the rest of the world to see as well.
Actor Zane Walker needs to change his playboy image in order to be taken seriously as a lead in a romantic film instead of his usual action movie. Baker owner of Sweetie Pies Bakery, Willow Dalton is the only person that he feels can help change his image. Willow was his first experience with making love,and being in love and he was hers as well. Back then they played by her rules, and nothing was allowed to come of the relationship other than the occasional call and text. Now Zane is playing for keeps ! He is relentless in his pursuit of Willow and she is not sure of herself or him , Is he for real or just a really good actor?
I would highly recommend this to anyone that likes the friends to lovers trope, or anyone that loves being in love and all the crazy uncertainties that come with it and the joys of the heat , sensuality and sexuality that it brings.
I can't wait for the next books that introduce Willows sisters and brother's stories. The Sugar Lakes series is not to be missed!
