Don't buy it for Chrysler

I have purchased this item for my Chrysler 300C CRD which is equipped with a Mercedes OM642 engine. They have delivered the part in time but without the necessary rubber gasket/O-ring to fit and when I contacted them they refused to help as my car is not actually a Mercedes. I do understand that is most possibly a company policy but then they also should refuse providing the part. I did expect a little bit more help from a company with this amount of positive feedback.
