It seems the devices have some kind of issues, not accepting firmware updates, and not pairing correctly I had to create new network and pair wired, I have been dealing with Decos since a long time, and I do think these are kind of faulty. moreover, item is not new and has been configured before, once I plugged it in there was already a named wifi point.
