very angry with this seller, I paid for foot spa which includes plastic foot bath, and seperately the electodes and clips that clip onto the foot bath. This seller only sends me top half with all attachments, but no foot spa that is in the pictures, and then he says thats all I get. How can I use half a foot spa, with no foot spa tray to put my feet in, tried to complain to seller and he says i only get the top half?? paid nearly $80 to get half of what I paid for. complained but no joy.
