One of the all-time great rock albums
1 of 2 found this helpful I was about 15 when "Forever Changes" was released, full of teen angst and rebellion, blah blah. This album did get some airplay on "underground" FM in the Los Angeles area, and the songs spoke to me. I bought the album and was mesmerized by it. Each and every track. I listened to it in bed at night.
I ultimately went through several vinyl copies.
Well time passed and digital arrived, and I foolishly dumped a lot of my albums, including my copies of "Forever Changes". I later rediscovered it on CD, and was once again transfixed. It's genius. It deserves to be heard, and it deserves a place of honor in rock history.
