The buyer requested a custom made unvarnished violin. We sent the buyer photos of the violin and he finally bought it. He had not bought it until he saw the photos and he received the same violin in the photos. It is a shame that it is not what he was looking for but the violins we make are of excellent construction and quality, with the best woods selected and seasoned and with a very good quality-price ratio. We do not deserve this negative feedback since the service provided was always good.
