Don't fuel around with a bad carb.
I left a mower sit for a few years, and of course it would not start. I cleaned the obvious stuff, but no go. I couldn't tell if this was the offender, because it would move a bit. Finally, after it sat for a few days, I noticed it was totally seized.
This part fixed it ! Unbeatable price too ! About 75% off others.
