The return was approved .The shipping return label was not sent to me. Customer service teem does not pick up the phone. E-bay customer service does not want to communicate to the clients. eBay customer service team does not exist? They are deceiving. They send trucking number ,but doesn't provide with the shipping return label and you cannot send it back.

I bought 4 GE refrigerator water filters, model XWFE. The filters fit fine, but my refrigerator's computer reacted with "ERR" message on the door water dispenser and no water comes out. I have been unable to contact the seller. Their phone number on my credit card statement is 408-376-6151 and gives only a busy signal. I will dispute this transaction with my credit card company. I am out about $64.
