  Very fast response and immediately informed me the item was different and asked if I wanted to continue with shipping, only difference was the brand so I went ahead. It arrived pretty fast as expected, the packaging was dent from shipping but all the wrap inside made sure all was well so was glad for the protection. Very happy and would buy again. Besides the small hiccup of item identification: Better than expected. It is exactly as described performance wise after test's, just brand is all.

  Seller was quick to refund, but did not explain what happened really with the shipping situation that lost my purchase. My follow-up question was never answered. I believe in second chances so I may buy from them again in the future, hence the neutral rating.

  Hey, my apologies that I missed your follow up question! After shipping your package, it was received at my returned address. When trying to re-ship, they let me know there was a issue with the label for the package. The price they were asking was nearly the price of the item itself. I immediately refunded the purchase and decided to just sell it locally. I mostly sell smaller items that cost more and take full responsibility for not for-seeing the issue. Thanks for the feedback!

  I regret purchasing from this seller. The seller incorrectly listed my purchased items as "New: Other" when they were actually Opened, Used, & with wear. Seller took 4 days to respond to a message and was rude.

  Sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your order. These came from Brand New PCs, purchased from newegg as stated in the Condition Description. "New: Other: Comes from pre-built pc. Tested working" I apologize for the delay in my initial message and am glad your issue was resolved by replacing your PCIE cables.
