Item was exactly as described. Shipping was very prompt and reasonable, especially since it was combined with another purchase as requested. Item arrived intact with adequate or sufficient packaging to get the job done -- despite the postal services attempt to totally flatten the box it was packed it. Once bubble wrap is flattened, it doesn't provide much cushion or fill the void left behind, but who would reasonably expect an entire box to be crushed. This wasn't just dropped on a corner.

Item was exactly as described. Shipping was very prompt with adequate packing. I say this because it arrived in one piece despite the postal services attempt to totally destroy it. The box was an absolute accordion by the time I received it. I feared the worst as the item flopped around in the box as I picked it up. It was no wonder as virtually every bubble in the bubble wrap packaging was popped. It is hard to say if more packing material would have helped. Maybe thick foam as a cushion.
