Great design and concept, however not very durable

I love this product for how easy it is to mount my phone for navigation/music and etc, however I have to give it a 3 stars because of the durability of the item. I have ordered 3 of these so far within the past year due to some parts of the mount breaking. The small plastic hinges broke on the first item and then the pad that clicks when you insert the phone broke on my second purchase. I still bought a third one though since I just can't find anything else to replace it with. Overall would have been an amazing product if it didn't break so often. I'm not rough or anything with it as well. Just regular daily use.
