I am in the Military serving at an overseas base and really appreciate a seller who is competent enough to fill out a simple custom form to send to those of us with an APO box.     12 days after the seller sent me an offer and I paid, I contacted the seller as the item had been sitting with a label created for 9 days. No response. I login to ebay and I've been refunded. This seller sent me an offer for the item then relisted the item for more than twice what it was originally listed for. Sellers like this are not common, but make the experience awful for everyone. Had the seller just sent me a message, I would have provided neutral feedback. Communication goes a long way

    This order was delivered today to the wrong address and I told the shipper before shipping they had the wrong address and gave them my b=new address we moved 6 yrs ago. Have advised them 4 times. Want a refund. They are ignoring me.
