no help at all

typical HP junk, quits working just before/after warranty goes off!!
i bought a brand new one off ebay, the thing quit working just 11 months after I bought it. I was on the phone with HP for over an hour, I told them I bought it off ebay, but they kept me on the phone. After an hour they tell me it isn't under warranty because I bought it off an online auction site. It has been my experience with so much HP products, they quit working right around warranty expiration dates. Since they wouldn't warranty it, I took it apart, the seagate hard drive works fine, just problems with the external case.
