Seller shipped Item poorly by folding figures plastic clam shell in order to fit the undersized box. After reaching out to the they decided to replace the figure, but after weeks/months of emails attempting to work with the seller we never received a new tracking number for replacement figure nor did we ever receive a replacement figure!

Slow to ship, even slower that it ships from China. Slow communication, needed prompted a few times. When the package arrived, the box was bowed across the back and strangely had a sticker from a shop in Louisville. Overall, it took almost a month to receive. Buy elsewhere.

Seller does not respond to messages. Has not shipped item in timely manner. Did not ship item when said they would and that's because we waited an extra day to message if shipped afterall. Even then no reply. Will not cancel order as requested.
