Very very good
no knots , sap pockets , soft grain spins. Good select grain. Consistently hard. Probably western maple but feels like the weight of eastern rock. (maybe it is) Ebonol(fake) fingerboard is hard enough for my fretless conversion. This project panned out great . These necks are above and beyond the call of quality for the money. They even throw in a free bone nut :o)

Lightweight good value
i wanted a very lightweight bag for my battle ax, heavy plywood Englehardt. It drops about 3 to 4lbs off compared to other heavy bags with more padding. Every ounce off counts as I have a bad back. It is thin, but quality enough in construction.
