I tried to initiate a return with the seller and they said they didn’t believe me even though I sent pictures. I had opened it as soon as I received it and it came with a stain and not soft like our other one. Raggedy and gross. Buyer was offered 15% off. Buyer then reluctantly submitted photos of (deliberately damaged) stained toy and demanded off-site refund. As the pictures of the item sold, show pristine toy return was offered if buyer pays return shipping. Buyer became abusive, foul and left this feedback. I have done everything possible to work with Buyer.

3 of 3 found this helpful The collection bin is so narrow the fibers collect at the neck and clog it up, then the spinning shaver gets clogged and almost stops spinning. When cleaning a sweater I had to clean the head every 15sec! Unbelievable! The shaver did not even picked up the larger clumps.
It worked fine on silk scarf that had been fuzzied up by facial hair.
Over all my 20year old mini portable shaver does better job then this large one. Don't get fooled by the idea "bigger head easier and faster job done," the idea of a big shaver is great, however the design of this one is utterly flawed! Look for one without narrow collection basket!
