Due to a hurricane this parcel went on a tour of the US. Back and forth, stalled several times, sent to the the wrong town, back to the correct sorting center and finally arrived to the addressed town. Both the buyer and I very concerned. The US Post office isn't exactly know for being gentle on parcels. It did finally arrived safely and both the buyer and myself are very happy it finally did. Seller had fantastic patience throughout. Thank YOU. The ending was happy for both of us.

Item was refunded- seller never sent the ring to the authenticator for verification. I added on the verification service to this purchase as an option. Recommend authentication service when purchasing from this seller.

Due to the holiday rush, this ring was sold before Christmas. I printed a shipping label and when I went to remove the item from our safe and package it for mailing found out it was already sold. I was never informed that it had been sold, resized and picked up by the purchaser several days before. I have had many items authenticated without problems. The stone was a natural Padparadascha Saph and was being sold for an amazingly low cost. Buyer is angry the sale was unfortunately cancelled.
