Not for medications, only feeding
There is no way this can be used with tablets, and it cannot be used with liquid medications as it has no measurements. It is purely a feeder. I tried to fit half a Clomicalm into it (very tiny), and it disintegrated. Moreover, even if you can fit a tablet into the nipple, the plunger doesn't extend far enough to push it out.
