bought at the right price

I enjoyed vol.1 and bought this on the strength of it. While its not as good a story,it was worth buying and I will probably buy vol.3 sooner or later

Not a complete story,just Superman and Batman

There are 2 obvious complaints about this book. The idea of it is a fantastic one and I'm pleased Dc thought of it. The first thumbs down is it says a complete history but there are hundreds of covers not shown ie; Blackest Night/Brightest Day/ the Flash/etc . I wouldn't have bought it if I'd known this. Secondly, unfortunately DC have an overriding obsession with Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman and they can't see past this.The book is nearly all about the first 2 and their world of characters. Until they change their attitude, I will always hesitate when buying anything to do with DC comics. I returned their silver age tome because it had(I think) 89 pages on Superman. I kid you not.
