  Can’t comment on the oil as it never arrived. Despite the couriers’ photo clearly not showing our address, and giving the seller ample time to take the dispute to the courier, the seller refused to either reimburse me or reissue the oil, so I am £50 poorer and not a happy customer. Very poor customer service 👎🏼

  Communication is very poor. My order was sent quickly, en-route it was damaged and returned to the seller. After many communications to the seller, I'm still being asked by the seller if I received my order. I sent many a communication explaining how my order was damaged en-route and returned to him. I just want it replaced and sent again. This is very frustrating for me.
