  I order a basin Spa halo for my business, disappointed at the fact my parcel was "lost" and had to physically run around to find it, having to drive out over an hour to the depot, no communication with seller. Up on receiving the item its missing the main arm... Was not packaged with care all the parts loosely packed in a plastic mail bag. I have contacted the seller twice about a refund given that the item was not what I orderd missing parts. Still have not heard back from them. Don't buy!!
