  I ordered 4 x 40cm cushions. 2 were correct and 2 were the much smaller and thinner 33cm cushions. They refused to send me the correct cushions and offered me £2 refund and a discount to buy more from them!! This is an example of their professionalism < I‘m just a trivial employee of this small company, holding a meager salary every day.Hope get your understanding.> Although they responded promptly, they have no morals and do not follow consumer rights law.
