No communication by seller but no complain as item sent out rather promptly and speedy delivery by FedEx. This is my second Clew binding after trying another brand step in type. First set taken by my son as he also prefer the Clew.

First thing I want to say is that the seller is amazing and I would 100% recommend. My item was shipped on time but FedEx lost the package after it reached the USA. The seller was extremely helpful and apologetic even though it was not their fault. The seller coordinated with FedEx and myself and after about a month, the package was found and finally shipped to me. I am so thankful of the seller. good seller, good communication, fast delivery (even though it took 7 days longer than the promised 4 day delivery) - However there was a charge of $17 dollars in customs/duty, as expected & I happily paid the customs fee, but an additional $10.00 delivery fee was left for me to pay at the door. Item advertised as "Free 4 Day Shipping" - So the shipping was not free or delivered in the advertised 4 days. But all in all a good seller, product was as described. I would buy form this seller again.
