Bought two items, separately, then the seller combined postage and then the seller would not refund the second postage.
Very aggressive in communications and making false claims of discounts that were not offered. I only expected to pay for the postage that was used and not for postage that wasn't.
Quality of the product, description and postage times were good.

Typical customer always wants something for nothing, complains about the price after they received it and then asks for a partial refund to get it cheaper. If you didn't like the price, you should never have purchased them to begin with. The total price was $52. You received a $10 postage discount because the items were combined. The normal price if you purchased them individually would have been $62.
