Difficult to use
I hate this product. Even thought it's solid, so probably good quality, it is so difficult to use. Trying to press down on this calibrated tamper is extremely hard. So mush pressure is required that repeated use would cause so much pain in my arm, and the coffee would be so compressed. I thought I was the problem, not knowing how to use it, but I gave it to others to try and had the same problem.

Works well with a pleasant scent
I used to buy this from the supermarket until they decided to discontinue it and now only have the one with baking soda, which absolutely stinks the house out. After desperately searching for the lemon scented floor cleaner, I discovered this bulk size, which also works out to be more economical in the long term.
